Minutes
The Eastman Pee Wee/Bantam meeting will be held
Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 7:30 PM at the Niverville Arena.
Also please see note below regarding gamesheets and forward or advise all your teams of the following from the league statisticians;
A group email, could be sent to all associations letting them know of the playoff process - and remind them to advise their coaches/managers that game sheets need to be sent in immediately if possible that last week of league so that Monday's process won't be so long for us. If they send them in the morning after each game, rather than waiting until Monday - it would really help us out. But mainly, to remind them specifically - NOT to be late on Monday the 10th! The earlier the better. As well, that ALL games have to be completed. Some teams seems to think they can forfeit, but that is not a choice - that results in a fine, so a note that all games need to be completed by Feb 9th end might help too.
The process is - league Stats will be finished the evening of Feb 10th; league meetings will then commence during that same week; playoff layouts will be set at the meetings; associations need to be on the ball for taking information back to their teams accordingly as time is tight and teams can start as soon as they communicate & book game slots; communication from our end (executives) need to be emailed out immediately after as well with the layouts/info/deadlines, etc; Bob will do up the playoff layouts on website as soon as he can (but be reminded we have all of the leagues this year, so the task will not be a short one); game sheets for league PLAYOFFS need to be emailed/faxed to us within 24hrs after each game or a 25.00 fine (used to be 48 hrs, but it should be 24hrs after as we need to know immediately for scores as a game could be played the next day or new series to start, or we need a day or 2 to review game sheet rosters, suspensions, etc).
